The workshop can review visible damage and discuss the next inspection step. Parts, hidden damage, approval requirements and refinishing work affect the final scope and schedule.
Hidden damage and electronic systems
Modern vehicles can place sensors, wiring, cameras, radar units and restraint components behind exterior panels. A repair plan may need to consider diagnostic scans, alignment or calibration in addition to visible bodywork. Capability must be confirmed for the exact model and damage.
Battery isolation, pyrotechnic restraint parts and high-voltage vehicle systems can create special safety procedures. They should not be handled as ordinary cosmetic work.
Parts and authorization
The estimate should identify repair versus replacement assumptions, parts availability and any insurer approval dependency. When dismantling reveals additional damage, the workshop should document it and obtain the next authorization before expanding the job.

Quality checks at completion
