Vehicle service requests
Use the appointment form for maintenance, diagnosis, mechanical, electrical or body repair enquiries. The workshop must inspect the vehicle before confirming a repair scope, price or completion time. For a safety-critical concern, call the workshop and avoid driving when braking, steering, overheating or fluid loss makes the vehicle unsafe.
Website and policy enquiries
Use the published email address for factual corrections, privacy questions, accessibility problems or copyright reports. Include the exact page URL and enough detail to understand the request. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Response expectations
Submitting a message does not guarantee an immediate response or emergency assistance. A service request becomes an appointment only after the workshop confirms the location, date and scope with you.
Information that helps the workshop respond
Include the vehicle make, model and year, the warning or symptom, when it occurs, whether the car is currently driveable and which workshop you prefer. Mention recent repairs, a battery discharge, water exposure or collision when relevant. This information supports routing; it is not a substitute for inspection.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, card details, one-time codes, account credentials or unnecessary identity documents. If an insurer or another party requires formal records, first confirm the authorised channel and exact documents. Remove unrelated personal information from photographs.
Corrections, rights and accessibility
For a factual correction, copyright concern, privacy request or accessibility problem, include the exact page URL and a clear description. Copyright reports should also identify the protected work and the reporter’s relationship to it. These requests are separate from vehicle appointment enquiries.
