What to include in a report
Identify the protected work, the exact NK Auto URL, the material at issue, your relationship to the rights holder and a reliable contact method. Explain the requested action and include enough evidence for the claim to be evaluated. Do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.
Review process
A report should be acknowledged and the identified material reviewed against available source and licence records. Content may be temporarily restricted when necessary while the facts are checked. A request may be declined when it does not identify the material or provide a reasonable basis.
Corrections and restoration
If a valid concern is confirmed, the response may include removal, replacement, attribution or another proportionate correction. Material should be restored only when the publication basis is documented. The site does not present this process as a formal statutory notice procedure for an unconfirmed jurisdiction.
Good-faith reports
Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. Misidentification can affect legitimate business records, educational content and original photography. Use the contact route and include “Copyright request” with the page URL.
Legacy photographs and brand materials
The rebuild preserves selected photographs and the logo from the historical NK Auto site because they document the same workshop and services. Each retained asset is listed in an image inventory with its source path and intended use. Operator confirmation of publication rights remains a release condition.
Insurance and vehicle-brand logos found in the legacy archive are not automatically republished. A historical file does not establish current authorization, endorsement or licence.
Information needed for efficient review
Provide direct links rather than only screenshots, identify each disputed item and explain whether the concern is ownership, licence, attribution, privacy or another right. If acting for another party, describe that authority without sending excessive personal documentation.
A clear request helps isolate the specific material without unnecessarily removing unrelated educational or business information.
Repeat and abusive requests
Good-faith repeat information may be useful when a material reappears, but automated, misleading or threatening reports may be filtered. The operator should preserve a basic record of material decisions so the same claim can be handled consistently.
